Today my first baby is 7. Where did the time go?!? It doesn't seem like that long ago that we couldn't wait for her to get to come home from the hospital, and now she's in the next room setting up her own iPod. She's such an amazing and sweet little girl. She's usually very pleasant to be around. This morning when I woke up to go down to the gym I went in to tell her happy birthday (because they were up at 6 when I was…ugh) and she was so happy and excited.
She's lost 3 teeth in the last few months. Her poor tooth fairy is going to go broke. I'm not sure what she was thinking when she thought $10 was a reasonable amount for that first tooth. She must not have realized that they would all be falling out very quickly, and that the other child would also be right behind with loose teeth of his own.
She loves Taylor Swift and she had a blast at her first concert this year. We have to get her trained early if she's going to keep up with her concert loving parents!
She's quite the shopper these days and Justice is by far her favorite store. She also loves ice skating and is really excited about her ice skating party tomorrow!
M is also a natural with her hoop! She never ceases to amaze me with it. About the time I think I have her beat at a new skill, she picks it up immediately.
So we've made it through 7 years. It's hard to believe she's on the verge of being a pre-teen and she's talking about iPods and stylish clothes. It's gone by so fast. We love her dearly and I suppose we'll keep her. :)
